There are many times when legal documents are prepared by a realtor or are presented for your signature having been prepared by a lawyer for another party. Any document requiring your signature should be reviewed by us, as your attorney. If someone wants you to be involved in a real estate transaction and says “You don’t need a lawyer,” that probably means that you should call a lawyer right away.
